A beautiful old stone cottage renovated to a high standard, retaining many of the abundant old features. Chene Vert has its own terraces front and back with garden furniture and barbeque. The large pool and terrace is to the rear. Entrance through the double doors leads into the large living area and fully fitted kitchen. A spiral staircase leads up to the twin and double bedrooms furnished with very comfortable beds. The property has ample parking and is set in 10 acres of field, orchard and wood. We are less than 500m to the medieval village of Meyrals with its bar, restaurants and boulangerie. You will see from our website that we are ideally located between Les Eyzies and Sarlat, providing a central location from which to explore all the best Dordogne attractions , amenities and activities on offer, while at the same time benefitting from the tranquility and calm to be had at our property.
