Our villa is situated on the exclusive, gated Manors South estate at Westridge. This quiet and peaceful location is the perfect haven for relaxation after a busy day.
Conveniently situated for Disney, all the major attractions, shopping, restaurants and golf makes this the perfect location for all the family. Disney is just 15 minutes by car and there is a 24 hour Walgreens 3 minutes up the road. You will find a large Publix supermarket just 4 miles down the road. If golf is something you are interested in, Highlands Reserve is only 2 minutes away – also Ridgewood and Southern Dunes are close by.
This idyllic setting is further enhanced by the privacy afforded by the dry-lake bed giving you an enviable, private south-facing pool to the rear of the villa. The sun deck provides the perfect position to top up your tan or relax under the shade of the covered lanai, which also provides an excellent dining area. The sun-deck is equipped with sun loungers.
The villa features a large open-plan lounge/dining area and a separate breakfast area. The lounge is equipped with cable TV, DVD/Video player, Play station 2 and a selection of books, toys and games.
There are 4 bedrooms – the Master Bedroom 1 has en-suite bathroom equipped with hairdryer and has access to the pool area, walk-in wardrobe, Cable TV and patio doors leading onto the sun-deck. The Master Bedroom 2 also has en-suite bathroom equipped with hairdryer, cable TV and a video player. There are 2 more twin bedrooms both with cable TV and a further family bathroom equipped with hairdryer. All of the bedrooms have alarm clocks. All linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is well equipped with oven & hob, large fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, toaster, coffee-maker. There is a separate laundry area with washer and tumble dryer.
The games area is equipped with pool table and air hockey table.
Baby high chair and stroller are also provided.
Guests of the Manors estate are able to take advantage of the free facilities, including – community swimming pool, children’s play area, fitness room and clubhouse.
