It’s difficult to believe you are only a stones throw away from the ancient settlement of Trimontium.
The bustling town of Melrose is less than a mile away, where you will find an abundance of specialised shops, first class eateries and of course, the beautiful ruined Abbey.
Accommodation consists of, large spacious entrance hall, superb fitted kitchen/dining area with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

The Steading is a no smoking house.
