Cosy, and nicely furnished to a high standard throughtout for NON SMOKERS offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1st floor one double bedroom with kingsize four poster bed, dressed in white lace with en-suite bathroom. One single bedroom. Ground floor- Twin bedroom with patio doors opening onto garden. Ground floor shower room, with power shower, hand basin and W/C. Main Sitting room - wide screen T.V. and digital top box offering 30 extra channels. D.v.d player. Open brick fire place with electric wood burning stove. Fully equipped kitchen/diner, including dishwasher (tablets provided), washing machine, fridge freezer, gas cooker and microwave. The cottage is fully carpeted and has central heating throughtout. All bed linen, except cot bedding, gas and electric is included in the price. On request at no extra cost - Travel cot, stair gate, high chair and booster cushion. During the main season Easter - end of October only, there is also available in the village a fish & chip shop and chinese restaurant. Parking is outside the cottage on the road, there are no parking restrictions. Many places of interest are within easy reach on Hopton-on-sea. Just a short drive (5 miles inland) you will reach Oulton Broad, here you can hire day boats or board a river cruise and explore the Southern broads.
