Also walking distance to Barceloneta Beach.
Nice restored apartment of 40 square meters in a middle age building. Private entrace and stairs direct to the first floor. Located in Carrer Llauder, the old port and marina district, on a shopping area busy during the day but quiet at night. Safe district and good transportation connections : Metro "Barceloneta" station and "Drassanes" station at 5 minute walking distance and Touristic Bus at two minute.
