A charming terraced cottage in quaint village near Emsworth and Chichester, on a quiet lane overlooking fields front and back. Beautifully furnished and equipped to a high standard with some antiques it has 2 bedrooms, sitting room, dining room, kitchen with washer/drier, dishwasher, microwave, cooker etc, bathroom with power shower over bath.

Pretty Garden - View of the south facing back garden, and beyond to the fields. There is a hardwood table and chairs, a sun lounger and a Weber BBQ available. An ideal spot to enjoy the evening sunset with a drink in hand!
Sitting Room - A cosy room with a pretty cast iron open fire(logs provided), a very comfy sofa that converts to a double bed if required (4 foot 4inches wide),easy chair, TV with VCR and pretty Edwardian cottage furniture.
