Bensfort Lodge is a original 19th century stone, gate lodge that has recently been restored, decorated and furnished with flair, and is finished to a very high standard, all organic paint's and wood treatments used throught. There are 3 bedrooms (all en-suite) a kitchen/dining-room with open fire. To the rear of the lodge there is a large walled garden with patio area. The Lodge is located 4 miles from the heritage town Kells, world famous for "The Book of Kells" and only one hour's drive from Dublin. There are 5 golf courses, delightful gardens, fishing, Equestrian activities and racing at Navan and Fairyhouse nearby. There are also archaeological and heritage sites to visit such as the neolithic site of Newgrange, loughcrew, and Tara. We also have an excellent selection of restaurants and pubs.
