We specialise in high quality self catering cottages, houses and serviced apartments close to the buzz of the city's attractions. Many are luxurious boutique residences, some are quirky, individual and saucy. Corporate travellers, fun seekers and holiday makers, indeed anyone needing short let accommodation with easy walking distance of the Brighton and Hove train stations, Conference centre, North Laine, shopping in Churchill Square and of course Brighton sea front. And now some are situated in rural locations, our specialist finds out of town for those of you who wish to escape it all in an idyllic setting. Our friendly office is situated in the hub of the North Laine of Brighton. You are always welcome to drop in for a drink and a chat to discuss any of our properties. Meet and greet with your key pick up takes place at your holiday home, giving you an opportunity to be shown around, and to meet our representatives who will be on call if you have any problems whilst you are staying. Cottage 1 & 2 - Two beautiful petite regency cottages situated in a quiet twitten location yet in the centre of Brighton. Available to rent together for group bookings. The cottages was built for the footmen who worked at Brighton Pavilion, and is steeped in history. Sleeps up to 6 in each with sofa bed. This property was featured in Brighton's property magazine "Latest Homes" in 2008. Such a find - this property is a moment's walk from the centre of Brighton's attractions, train station & the beach. Very central but quiet, and peaceful location overlooking the front and back gardens. Fresh, neutral interiors with metallic Osborne and Little wallpaper to add accents. Sofa, 2 chairs and a window seat with dark bamboo hanging blinds. There is a gorgeous regency marble fireplace with gas real flame fire adding luxury comfort in the evenings! There are 2 double bedrooms; the master has romantic antique iron bed with fitted wardrobes and windows looking out to the front curved decked terrace with tropical planting. The 2nd bedroom has satin curtains with black flocked wallpaper. There are pretty views to St Nicholas Church and the historic area of Brighthelm. A bottle of bubbly is provided for you to enjoy. Open plan living & dining area with fully fitted kitchen. Well behaved pets welcome. Cot available to hire.
