$350 to $600/week double. Cabins are for 2 to 6 people.
4 clean, cozy waterfront log cabins have fully equipped kitchens and sleep 4 to 6 people maximum. There is also a bunkie, for 2 people. Primitive, two hook-up, and group tent sites. This is a great base camp to pursue self directed nature activities or just relax. 20 minutes to Algonquin Park.

Cabin Interior - Not fancy, just well equipped kitchens, and good beds are the features in the reconstructed log cabins.
Campsites - It is easy to believe you are here alone. Sites are spread out, and except on peak days you can spend all day not seeing another soul. Group sites are also available, and a very limited number of electricity and water serviced sites for trailers. Environmentally sensible campers heartily welcomed! Help us maintain our sustainable operation.
Log Cabins - The cabins were built in 1948, and have been rebuilt over the last decade. The driveway to the cabins is part of the historic Opeongo Line, though it was no longer in use when the cabins were first used for hunting and fishing vacations.
Waterfall - Moore's Creek meets the Madawaska River directly north of the waterfront here. Going upriver 1 km brings you to the base of Moore's Falls, a favourite destination. Canoe rentals on site. This spot has access to many kilometres of contiguous waterway.
Waterfall 2 - Another look
Waterfront relaxation - If you were much closer to the water you would be wet! Large pines shade the yards.
Wildlife - Yes, that is a moose amongst picnic tables. October. More common sightings are deer, mink, beaver, otter, great blue heron, a list that goes on and on. Whatever Algonquin supports, the same ecosystems are in Madawaska.
