Enchantment is a crown jewel in the list of Marco Island's finest homes. Prior to our recent acquisition, Enchantment only existed as a Family Residence and has never been available as a rental villa. Her previous owners treated her like gold. She is located on an oversized, corner lot on Lamplighter Dr. across from Landmark Waterway. Enchantment is nestled on a very extravagant block across from some of Marco Islands most impressive homes. As there is no home directly across the street, we enjoy a waterfront view of Landmark waterway through the window of our Great Room in addition to the back of the home being situated on the water.The luxurious Pool receives both eastern and southern sun. There is a extended, peaked, screened lanai, so that you can really enjoy the incredible Florida sun as well as the tropical breezes Marco is famous for. The kidney shaped pool is electrically heated and base lined at 83 degrees, but is adjusted to suite your tastes. The lanai area is furnished with a master cooking grill, seating for six at eating area and four lounge chairs. Access to the pool is provide from several areas including the Great Room, Dining Room, Master Bedroom, Pool Bath, and guest bedroom. To provide additional warmth in the winter months, we even supply a solar pool cover and easy crank system. Come enjoy our spectacular home....you won't regret it!
