A traditional 200 year old Kent cottage overlooking the fields and North Downs. Beamed sitting room with open fire. TV, stereo CD, video and some videos and books included. Well equipped kitchen with Rayburn as well as electric cooker, microwave, filter coffee maker and washing machine. 4 seater table. Large double bedroom and pretty second bedroom with bunks. Bathroom with bath. Lovely garden with BBQ, Large Koi Carp pond with access to fields at rear. Good local pubs and close to Leeds Castle, picturesque Lenham village with antique shops. Good local restaurants and 6 miles from Headcorn and airfield with the famous Tiger Club flying bi-planes and the parachute club. Many golf courses within easy car range.
