Totmans Farm (no longer a working farm) stands on the brow of the hill at the southern end of Thaxted. It is surrounded by beautiful Essex countryside and affords wonderful views. They are set well back from the road and there is ample parking space. The cottages are a few minutes walk from buses. pubs and shops. Stansted airport is 7 miles away (15 minutes drive). Thaxted is truly a memorable place to visit - add to that comfortable and well appointed accommodation and you have all the ingredients for a well-earned break.
