The cottage offers comfortable and private accommodation with spectacular views to both Wilson’s Promontory and the surrounding countryside. Only minutes from the ‘Prom’ with its many beaches and walking tracks Ripplebrook Cottage is the ideal base from which to explore.
Observe the abundant bird-life while you relax and enjoy the view from your veranda or feel free to take a stroll around the beautiful gardens. At dawn or dusk you may wish to visit the resident wallabies and wombats that inhabit the shaded gully of Golden Creek.
Just 10 minutes from the townships of both Foster and Fish Creek and the many Art and Craft outlets that are scattered throughout the area there are plenty of activities to entertain visitors.
All this is only 2.5 hours drive from the centre of Melbourne or less from the Eastern Suburbs. The drive to Foster is scenic as it winds through the rolling green hills of South Gippsland.
