The oceanfront, secluded vacation villa features one of the few rental properties in the Bahamas with a private tennis court, private dock and private beach. Located on 2 acres in an unspoiled tropical environment, there is great sea kayaking, snorkeling, cycling, tennis, bonefishing, deep-sea fishing and diving easily accesible from the house. The villa features three bedrooms, two baths, fully equiped kitchen, living room, dining room, two sunning decks and a screened porch with a panoramic sunset view. Two sea kayaks and two bicycles are included in the rental price. A windsurfer is available for an added cost. There is a pub within walking distance and a nearby restaurant on the sea. Marsh Harbour International Airport (20 minutes by car) offers multiple airline connections to the United States and beyond. Rates start at $1,200 a week but depend on the number of people and the time of year.
