Recent Detached Cottage on its own small holding in a tranquil country village in Mayo, West of Ireland. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6. Refreshingly peaceful. All modern conveniences (Central Heating TV etc). 40 Minutes from Kock Airport; 3.5 Hours from Dublin and 2.5 Hours from Shannon Airport. Location: Turlough, Ballyvary, County Mayo. 6 Miles East of Castlebar. 40 minutes to Knock Airport. 2.5 hours to Shannon Airport. 3.5 hours to Dublin Airport. Near Round Tower Turlough and Museum of Country Life. Setting: Rural setting in a peaceful village and close to a peat bog. Set on a small farm let to a local farmer for grazing cattle. Accommodation: 3 Bedrooms, sleeps six adults in two twin bed rooms and one double bedroom. Bed linen and bed cloths provided. Facilities: All modern conveniences with Oil fired central heating. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker and Fridge Freezer. Fully tiled bathroom with electric shower, wash hand basin, toilet and bath. Electric water immersion heater when central heating not used. Living room with TV. Original open fire place suitable for burning Briquettes (compressed peat) only – available locally.
