A delightful, character cottage built to a traditional, Georgian style, enjoying fabulous sea views, just 100 metres from Fistral Beach, 50 metres from the links golf course and a ten minute walk from the town centre. Built in 2002 the cottage offers sumptuous surroundings to help you relax. Luxury, comfort and attention to detail are a priority. Pentire House is in an ideal location to reach the many tourist attractions Cornwall has to offer including the Eden Project just 40 minutes drive away. The cottage offers many facilities including secure off road parking with locking electronic gates, central heating, 28" surround sound TV & video, 20" TV in the bedroom, open gas fire, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a large, south facing garden with sun loungers and BBQ. The cottage is open all year round and has several facilities for children including high-chair, cot, baby bath, and games for all ages.
