Our four cottages have been carefully and lovingly converted from 19th century mill buildings, some with conservatories and woodburners, and offer the perfect place to relax in a peaceful and comfortable environment.

The Mill is situated down a quiet country lane, three miles from Wadebridge and five miles from Padstow, in a location providing an ideal base for exploring the many attractions of Cornwall.

HERON COTTAGE (2 bedrooms sleeping 4/5 persons) - This tastefully furnished single-storey cottage features a South-facing conservatory and patio with views over farmland and a cosy sitting/dining room with an attractive stone fireplace housing a woodburning stove. The kitchen is well-equipped with pine fitted cupboards. The pretty master bedroom has a double bed and second colour television set.
LEAT COTTAGE (3 bedrooms sleeping 6 persons+baby) - This cottage has an impressive sitting room with an archway leading to the pretty kitchen. French doors lead to the spacious Victorian style conservatory/dining room with further doors to the fenced garden with terrace, lawn, shrubs and unspoilt views to the West and the Atlantic beyond. The pretty ground floor master bedroom has a pleasing en suite shower room.
LOWER MILL (1 bedroom sleeping 2 persons+baby) - A cosy stone cottage ideal for two persons. The sitting/dining room has views to the West and the coast and has a comfortable bed settee for alternative sleeping. Off the hall are a spacious bathroom and an extremely pretty bedroom with a double bed and ample space for a cot.
WELL COTTAGE (2 bedrooms sleeping 4 persons+baby) - This charming cottage has a delightful high-ceilinged sitting room with a stone fireplace and woodburning stove. Sliding doors lead to a Victorian style conservatory/dining room with further doors to a lovely private fenced garden with lawn, shrubs and terrace and beautiful unspoilt views to the South and West.
