Lake District, self-catering log cabin. Holiday lodge accommodation of the highest quality for discerning guests. Deep in Cumbria's National Park, overlooking the famous Langdale Valley within a secluded and peaceful woodland estate. Comfortable, tastefully furnished and extravagantly equipped. Close to Lake Windermere, Ambleside, Wordsworth, Ruskin and Beatrix Potter. A well behaved family dog is normally accepted.

This is a privately owned lodge. If you are looking for a commercial site with central clubhouse and satellite tv sports bar then we can't help. If you want tranquility and relaxation in private then you've just found it..!

Bedrooms - Bedrooms are comfortable and private, separated by the shower room. One double bedroom with gothic style raised bed and one twin room with 3ft twin rail-end beds - no squeezing into undersize beds here these are all full sized with high end matresses. Ideal for adults or children.
Kitchen - The lodge has a warm and cosy feel, helped by the AGA and the natural wood. Fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality. Examples: Le Crueset cookware. Denby pottery. Dualit appliances etc.
