Toad Hall Flat is quietly situated in the grounds of Stratford Lodge 150 yards off the A12 trunk road midway between Wickham Market and Saxmundham. Essential SUPPLIES can be obtained from the BP garage 200 yards away or at Friday Street at the junction of A12 with A1094. There is a wide choice of good EATING places within 5/20 minutes drive. There is a CASH point at the garage. Linkable Twin Beds (3’x 6’3”)[please state Double or Twin], Shower, Lavatory, Wash Basin, Sofa and 2 Easy Chairs, Dining Table with 2 Chairs, 4 ring Electric Cooker, Microwave Oven, Fridge, Toaster, Kettle, Washing Machine, Iron and Ironing Board, Freeview Colour TV, Video Recorder, Radio, Hoover, Alarm/Wall Clocks. Linen: All linen, towels and tea towels are provided Telephoning:There is good MOBILE reception and there is a public call box in the Petrol Station on A12 – 5 minutes stroll away. Postage: There is a letter box on A12, 150 yards away, and a main Post Office in Saxmundham. Disabled Access: Toad Hall Flat is not suitable for persons who cannot climb stairs. Noise: Neighbours will not be irritated by musical practice. Pets: No pets in Toad Hall Flat. Smoking: For your safety and the convenience of others, smoking is not allowed in Toad Hall Flat.
