Canal Farm offers 3 comfortable cottages, each with its own private court yard area that have been created through the sympathetic conversion of traditional farm buildings.The hamlet of Austen Fen is a few miles from the unspoilt Georgian town of Louth, with St James church and the tallest parish church spire in the UK. Other facilities are :- on site fishing (lake and river), suitable accommodation for people with limited mobility, ample parking, an abundance of wildlife,(seal pups in the Autumn), walking and cycling routes. We are fortunate to be situated within a few miles of the coast which provdes an ideal family attraction along with many coastal nature reserves.
