New for 2010, The Ventnor House, a luxurious five bedroom self-catering holiday home, is set on the cliff top overlooking Ventnor Haven, with spectacular, uninterrupted sea views.

The house sits in a grand Victorian terrace of eight houses, originally built to house naval officers. It has five bedrooms, three of which have en-suite facilities. Sleeping up to ten people, plus two babies, it provides the perfect holiday home for two or more families to share the spacious living accommodation.

You will have the benefit of a games room, dining room and an elegant drawing room, which has a balcony where you can enjoy the 180 degree sea views. In addition, there is a small courtyard garden, with barbeque and seating for 10 people, parking for two cars and a larger communal garden area.

Ventnor, on the South Coast of the Isle of Wight, is a very fashionable holiday destination and the house is perfectly located to enjoy all its facilities. It is a three minute walk from the town beach, which sports several beach-front cafes and bars and a small amusement arcade. The house is also within a three minute walk of the town’s high street, which contains a small supermarket, delis, restaurants and cafes. No dogs or smoking are permitted in the house.
