Tingewick is around 30 minutes from Oxford and Milton Keynes and only an hour`s train journey to London from Bicester. It is close to Silverstone too.

The front door opens onto the hallway, sitting and dining areas, all with the original flagstone floors with attractive rugs. The sitting area has 2 two seater sofas, a coffee table and the television is hidden away in a cabinet. The property has the benefit of FreeSat Sky TV and a DVD player. There is also an attractive fireplace with a log effect gas fire.
The dining area has a dining table with six chairs, fitted bookshelves and cupboards. There is a large under stairs cupboard for storage, with the ironing board and so on.
The dining area leads into the kitchen, which is fully equipped and fitted with a cooker with a gas hob, a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen table.
The downstairs cloakroom is just off the hallway and also has a shower. There are plenty of hooks in the hallway for coats.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table, ironing press and built in cupboard. The second bedroom has a large single bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a built in cupboard.
The bathroom has a bath, basin, loo and vanity cupboard.
Outside the garden can be reached from the sitting room, the kitchen and around the side of the house. It has a table and chairs on the patio and is fully enclosed.
Tingewick has a well stocked village shop combined with post office. There are two pubs in the Main Street: The Crown and the Royal Oak. Both serve food. There is also The Red Lion at Little Tingewick one and a half miles west of Tingewick near the western end of the A421bypass.
Tescos is 4 miles away just outside Buckingham at the junction of the A413 and A421. Buckingham has Waitrose and a number of pubs and eating places. Market days are Tuesday and Saturday.
Bicester is of course home to the Bicester Village Outlet Centre (9 miles).
