You will feel completely at home once you step into our lovely caravan,Its a Roomy 12ft unlike the 10ft model were there isn't much space.
It has 3 separate bedrooms 1 double and 2 twin rooms, there is also a make up double bed in the lounge, we provide quilt covers and pillows but we ask you bring your own linen and pillow cases.
There is a spacious lounge with gas fire, colour Lcd TV, DVD player, Sky, and a Radio plus a Games console, Board Games, and plenty of Dvd's to choose from.
The Kitchen area has a full size gas cooker, fridge with Ice box, microwave, slow cooker, kettle, and toaster, saucepans, utensils and all crockery and cuttlery. (tea towels not provided)
The Bathroom as a nice sized shower cubicle and separate Toilet, We ask that you bring your own towels as again there are not provided.
You may wish to stay on the Holiday Park for your entire Holiday as the Entertainment is second to none.
You can enjoy action packed days and make use of all the great onsite facilities, including swimming pool with the hair raising slides and for tots we have a splash pool with mini slide.
Also on site there is a good size amusement arcade that has all the latest video games as well as old classics, small change machines plus all the usual slot machines & prize bingo.
Also inside the arcade we have a ball- pool for small children. Outside there is a small fairground for the younger children as well as a crazy golf course.

Were you will find fantastic entertainment throughout the holiday season with a host of top stars & cash bingo. You can be completely relaxed as the kids have there own No-Adult area where we have children's entertainers who see them safely entertained with organized games, competitions and junior discos.
Our caravan is located in a perfect spot close to all the on site facilities,There are a various shops on the site. A small supermarket, a gift shop, Chinese takeaway and, of course, a fish and chip shop that also serves kebabs and pizza.
There is also a launderette with plenty of machines and dryers that is open until 9pm in high season.
The Beach is 5 minutes walk and only 10 minutes bus ride away is Ingoldmells which boasts Fantasy Island were there is the fabulous market were you will find hundreds of bargains also its hosts Britain's first themed indoor family Amusement Park, its a magical world of fun, thrills and experiences for all the family.
Chapel St Leonards has a regular bus service along the coast and the bus stops directly outside the caravan site so it ideal to visit the near by popular resorts of Skegness, Ingoldmells, Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea.
Chapel St Leonards is surrounded by places of interest to suit all ages such as the Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve, Skegness Stadium stock car racing circuit, Golf Courses and Fishing Lakes, plus much more....
We have a cleaner to ensure the caravan is kept lovely & clean between let's so you can be sure of a nice relaxing holiday.
