This is a 3 bedroom holiday home of the highest standard situated in a quiet residential estate some 10 minutes walk from the center of Ballater. The house is 8 years old and is furnished and equipped to the highest standard in order that you can enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The maximum number of people would be 6 but it would be possible to accommodate a baby in a cot if required, no pets and no smoking. The accommodation on offer has 3 good sized double bedrooms on the upper floor, with built in wardrobes, along with a modern well appointed bathroom with both bath and separate shower. One of the bedrooms has en-suite facilities with shower. Downstairs has a lounge with TV, a dining room, high quality, well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is oil fired central heating to keep you warm. The cost of heating, lighting and electricity will be included in the rental cost so please be diligent in its use, thanks. Access to the garden is through the utility room where the well maintained garden offers privacy and a sheltered spot to relax and enjoy the peace. Off the road parking is to the front of the house. Catherine and Graham have gone to great lengths to ensure that you will have the trouble free and relaxing holiday that you feel you deserve.
