Famous for its 18-hole Championship Golf Course, the resort offers a range of facilities to suit all tastes. If you are looking for a relaxing break, the spa features tranquil surroundings and a choice of health and beauty therapies. If you would prefer a more active stay, the surroundings provide the ideal spot for a range of country pursuits, including horse-riding, walking, cycling, canoeing and sailing. In the evenings you can relax in the comfort of your holiday home, each of which is equipped with a spacious open-plan living/dining room which opens onto a private garden and patio area at the rear of the house. For your convenience, they also have a fully-fitted kitchen.
The on-site leisure centre of the Mount Wolseley Resort includes: - The Spa: offering health and beauty treatments including massage and use of natural herbal remedies. An oasis of peace and tranquillity, it features pools and waterfalls, flowing between unique circular rooms, use of light, colour, pure essential oils and soft music. - Mount Wolseley Golf Course: this spectacular course is a par 72 and is 7,106 yards long off the championship tees. It was created by one of Ireland's most famous international golfers, Christy O'Connor Jnr.
