Self-Catering Holiday Cottages we have FIVE cottages available Bragdy Wern (sleeps 10), Rose Cottage (sleeps 8), The Cottage (sleeps 5), Camellia Cottage (sleeps 2-4)and The Forge (sleeps 2), either by the week or in the low season for short breaks. All four are traditional stone built cottages fully equipped for your holiday enjoyment. All have fully equipped kitchens, shower rooms, colour TV, DVD and Video players, radios, clock radios, hair-dryers, patios, etc. Also we have washing machines and dryers and payphone. Prices include all electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and a welcome pack to get you started. No hidden extras ! Owner run to ensure your ultimate comfort and enjoyment. Plus sauna bath, pool table and table tennis.

We also offer Bed & Breakfast in the Manor House, where we offer traditional farm house values with modern facilities, 2 doubles en-suite - Love Parry Suite (King Size Four Poster - en-suite can be made into a family room for 4 with two extra single beds) and The Garden Room (Twin en-suite), all with Tea and Coffee making facilities, hair-dryers, trouser press, fridge, electric blankets and colour televisions.

Location - We are situated in the heart of the Lleyn Peninsula (Pen Llyn) - which is the recognisable arm of North Wales that points towards Ireland. Lleyn is approximately 35 miles long by 10 miles at its widest. The hills are rich in prehistoric remains with holy wells and a pilgrimage route to Bardsey Island. Even today no main road penetrates to the tip of the peninsula. Guarded by Caernarfon Castle in the North and Harlech in the South. The area is now designated as one of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Between both coastlines, the mountains offering walking opportunities and magnificent views as they plunge down to the sea, allowing coastal villages to nestle in the coves. On a clear day look across Caernarfon Bay to Anglesey or Ireland and to the south Cardigan Bay. This area retains the Welshness of Wales, the language being used during daily transactions by young and old alike. Well served by many excellent pubs and restaurants with a good standard of fare. Lleyn can cater for a full range of tastes and still provide value for money be you a walker, water-skier, yachtsman, pony trekker, golfer, scuba diver or just someone who wants to lie on the beach.

Camellia Cottage (sleeps 2-4) - A one-bedroom cottage with exposed beams. The bedroom has a double bed, clock radio, hairdryer and en-suite shower room. There is an open plan living area with the additional sleeping arrangements of either a full size double futon sofa bed with deluxe mattress or 2 single futon bed chairs with deluxe mattresses. Also include is a colour digital LCD HD Ready flat screen 26 television with freeview, video and DVD player, radio, electric fire, electric central heating and a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, electric cooker and fridge. At the rear there is a small fenced in patio overlooking the fields and Rival Mountains, with plastic table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ. Rose Cottage (sleeps 8) - A three-bedroom cottage with exposed beams. The main bedroom has a double bed, clock radio and en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has twin single beds, clock radio and hairdryer and the third two sets of bunk beds. These share a separate shower room. There is an open plan living area with an L shaped 5 seater settee and a normal 3 seater settee, dining table and 8 chairs, colour digital LCD Full HD flat screen 32 television with freeview, video and DVD player, radio, electric central heating and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and fridge. At the rear there is a small fenced in patio overlooking the fields and Rival Mountains, with plastic table and chairs and a gas BBQ. The Cottage (sleeps 5) - A three-bedroom cottage with exposed beams. The main bedroom has a double bed, clock radio, hairdryer and en-suite basin and toilet, the second bedroom has a bunk bed and the third a single bed. There is a separate shower room. There is a living area with two settees, dining table and 5 chairs, colour digital LCD HD Ready flat screen 32 television with freeview, video and DVD player, radio, electric fire, electric central heating and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and fridge/freezer. At the rear there is a small fenced in patio overlooking main walled garden, with plastic table and chairs and a gas BBQ. The Forge (sleeps 2) - A studio cottage consisting of an open plan living area with double bed, clock radio, hairdryer, and a separate shower room. There are two arm chairs and a colour digital LCD HD Ready flat screen 22 television with freeview and built in DVD player, pot bellied stove, dining table and four chairs and electric heating plus a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, electric cooker and fridge. At the side there is a small patio, with picnic table overlooking the fields, and a small charcoal BBQ. Ideal for a couple.
