A select development of luxury 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses, nestling in woodland on an 18 hole golf course situated 7km from Souillac and the Dordogne river, 30km from Sarlat and 25km from Rocamadour.

There are a wide range of facilities at the Country Club for all the family to enjoy without the need to venture far, including 2 spacious pools, children’s pool, tennis courts, restaurant, bar and the golf course. Enjoy relaxing by the pool or playing a round of golf while our Kids Club team (July and August) entertains the children.

Each spacious house is situated on an individual plot with its own parking spaces and furnished to a very high standard. Including, living rooms with phone, music systems, satellite TV and french windows opening onto a furnished terrace (gas BBQ’s can be hired). Modern fitted kitchen / dining room with dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, iron and other basic utensils. Shower room with WC. Stairs to bedrooms and fully fitted bathrooms with WC. Central heating and wood burning stoves are in selected properties. In all, a year round perfect location to enjoy an exceptional region of France.

Unfortunately, pets are not accepted.
