The holiday village is on a well laid out gently sloping site. There is a heated indoor pool with a childrens area. Other facilities include a tennis court, play ground, laundry and crazy golf. Use of the park facilities are free to all guests. It is entirely car free and ideal for family holidays.

The bar has free WiFi, restaurant facilities and family entertainment in the high season. Kingsdown itself has a range of shops and pubs while Dover and Deal are within 10 minutes drive, very convenient for channel hopping. Canterbury and a great many local places of interest are within easy reach. London is less than hour away by fast trains from Dover. Ideal for the Olympics or Jubilee celebrations.

The chalet itself is very comfortably furnished with a double and bunk bedrooms and a twin bedroom on the mezzanine floor. A cot and high chair is provided free of charge. There is a recently refurbished well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave. The living/dining room has distant views to the sea. There is a Free Sat TV and DVD player for your entertainment. At the rear is a patio with furniture to relax and enjoy outdoor dining in the pleasant ambience of the holiday village.

For the comfort of other guests there is no smoking in the chalet and the park does not allow pets.
