| Our Luxury Pemberley Caravan - Welcome to our luxury holiday home which is situated on the (Robin Hood Leisure Park) Golden Palms resort. Chapel St. Leonards, Skegness Lincolnshires top holiday site! Our beautiful luxury 6 berth Caravan for is fully equipped with everything you should need for the perfect family holiday. We have a full length veranda with a gate so perfect for those with young children. On the veranda is a patio set so you are able to sit out on those long summer nights taking in the fresh sea air. Unlike most caravans on the site the view from our veranda is a row of tall trees with gives that added privacy and seclusion so you may sit out, sunbathe and take in the peace and quiet. Our caravan has a spacious living area complete with a new 27 in colour Flat -screen TV and DVD, We have just installed freeview so lots of channels to watch. Radio and CD player, Books, Games Dvds, Cds & Toys for the kids. Unlike most other caravans OUR ARE FITTED WITH CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS for added peace of mind. |

| A well behaved pet is welcome - Welcome to our Caravan which is situated in a prime location on the popular Golden Palm Resort Site in Chapel St. Leonards, Skegness.
The site has it's own club house called the Club Tropicana with top acts on entertainment, Concert room, Indoor childrens play area with ball pool, Snack bar, indoor heated swimming pool and splash pools, arcade, outdoor play area, pub with entertainment, shops, takeaways and best of all private access to the beach!
In addition to the site facilities, you are in a prime location and within easy access of Fantasy Island
..and the Eastgate Market which are just a few minutes away.
The luxury 6 berth Caravan is well equipped with BIG colour tv/dvd and freeview, cd/radio/cassette player, microwave and a large selection of dvds/cds/tapes/books/games/toysfor the children. Duvets and pillows are supplied but you need to bring your own covers and pillowcases. Gas and Electricity is included in the price. The caravans have verandas with patio sets so you are able to sit out and take in the fresh sea air
We are one of a very few caravans in the Skegness area that still allow a well behaved pet, but please clean up after him/her

Tel: 01433 623802 The Chapel Beach - THE REAL HAPPY DAYS - Why we and many like us have decided to sell our caravans on the Happy days site and buy elsewhere. In June at the start of the summer holiday season work started on a smoking area which extended from the back of the pub to a few feet from our caravan. Instead of using the back end of the pub the workmen used our plot right in front of our caravan to carry materals back and forth and mix cement making the grassy area in front of the caravan into a muddy bog. They later laid boards on the grass in front of the caravan entrance as they were finding it too boggy to push their wheelbarrows in. These were later removed making the problem even worse as now it was water logged. After all people go on holiday to relax and not to sit in the middle of a boggy building site next to cement mixers and dangerous building matariels which were left scattered around the caravan (photos enclosed) We were never informed by the Caravan park that any of this building work was to be carried out and the first we learned of it was from a family we had staying there who complained to the site office and then telephoned us saying they was leaving early as their holiday had been ruined by the work and noise. I was shocked, I phoned Mr Stewart for an explaination asking why he had not informed those affected about the work and his attitude was he didn't have to tell us, it was his site! Surely this kind of work should be carried out in the winter when the site is closed, not at the start of the summer holidays when most caravans including ours is fully booked. More and more complaints followed and we tried to reason with Mr Stewart but it got us nowhere, he said he wasn't interested in compensating guests, he was only interested in what he makes a profit from, he mentioned selling caravans and the Archers pub.We couldn't believe his attitude and after trying again and again to contact him, leaving messages for him to phone us, all we got was he was on holiday. We finally decided to contact East Lindsey Council. Who investigated and found he was in breach of planning control and sent us a letter .. Please click link to see letter and photos Further investigates found that Mr Stewart had ALSO built his conservatory illegally and was in breach of planning control as well, but because he had elluded them for six years he could not be prosecuted. We are at present taking Mr Stewart to court and trying to get some compansation for our guests who's holidays were ruined by this. Now left completely water logged making it impossible for guests to enter the caravan without stepping in the water. The ground remains like this outside our caravan, no attempt has been made to grass it over or repair the damage. Peter Stewart has offered no apology to us or the guests who's holidays were ruined by this. THE REAL HAPPY DAYS FOR YOU! |
