405 By the Bridge is a two bedroom luxury apartment situated on the banks of the River Ness, in the city centre, beside the historic castle. The modern apartment has a stylish open plan living area with kitchen, diner, lounge and balcony with a view over the river to the hills in the distance. Bedroom 1 boasts en suite shower room, bedroom 2 a separate bathroom. There is free parking in secure underground garage. Within a few minutes walk from the apartment you will find a variety of shops and an excellent choice of restaurants, cafes and bars.

Bathroom - There is a separate bathroom with all facilities.
Bedroom 1a - Bedroom 1 has plenty of space to move about.
Bedroom 1b - Bedroom 1 has a king-size double bed with en suite facilities.
Bedroom 2a - The super king-size double bed can be split into 2 single beds.
Bedroom 2b - Bedroom 2 is also of a generous size.
Eden Court Theatre - A leisurely 10 minutes stroll along the river will take you to Eden Court with its 2 theatres and 2 cinemas, restaurant and bar. You will enjoy going there for an evening's entertainment.
Foyer - The main entrance is on Bridge Street, across from the Tourist Information Office.
Garage - There is free parking in the secure underground garage,a rarity in the city centre.
Kitchen with dining area - The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, double oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine/dryer, iron and board are in the separate utility room.
Lift - A spacious lift will take you up to the 4th floor where the apartment is.
Loch Ness - The famous Loch Ness with its monster and ancient castle is only a 10 minutes drive way.
Lounge - Equipment in the lounge includes a flat panel TV, DVD player, radio with i-pod docking station. French doors lead out to the balcony.
River Ness - You will enjoy the best of both worlds, the city centre with its shops, restaurants and bars on your door step, and at the same time the fresh air and open countryside along the River Ness.
Shower room - Then en suite shower is very spacious.
View from the apartment - You will enjoy the view to the river and the hills in the distance.
