Crawford Cottage is a tradtional style new build cottage, currently under construction (on schedule) an will be ready for rental in September 2009. The ground floor comprises of a fully equipped dining/kitchen opening out onto a large lounge/dining area. You can relax on the comfortable settee and sofa bed and watch Sky TV and DVD's on the large flat screen TV, or you can surf the web and pick up emails using your laptop or mobile phone via the free wifi connection. The ground floor also benefits from a wc/cloakroom. The French doors lead out onto a private decking area where you can dine al fresco or relax on the garden furniture. On the upper floor there are two bright, spacious bedrooms with an open outlook with views up to the hillls behind Largs. One room has a king sized bed, the other has twin beds, both have built in wardrobes. The upstairs bathroom has a bath, power shower, sink and wc - all modern quality fittings. The property is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout, to a very high standard. It is ideally situated within a few minutes walk to the town centre and seafront yet nicely tucked away in quiet spot.
