Villa Bodrum is a very special place, Located in Yalikavak/Bodrum, it has 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning (3 bedrooms have double bed, 1 bedroom has 2 single beds) , 2 bathrooms, a saloon with a fire place, and a kitchen (with oven, hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, portable barbecue, dishes and other kitchen equipments). It is located in 2500m square garden and it has 90m square swimming pool. (Garden and swimming pool is shared with the villa next to it, owners are staying at the next villa, you can view the location of both villas from the web site). This site is a very lovely site with Mediterranean flowers surround and has a great sea view with Greek Islands. It is located 8 minutes by walk to the center of Yalikavak and 3 minutes by car to the most popular 2 beaches, 15 km away from the center of Bodrum, 1,5 km to the supermarkets Migros and Gimma. It is 2 minutes by car to the Yalikavak marina. Electric, gas, water and pool maintenance is included into the price. I also would like to mention that there are chickens and a very friendly dog in the garden (i mention pets in advance, some guests may not like)
