The Riverside Chapel is a tranquil haven where you can truly relax & get away from it all, yet it is in an ideal location from which to explore Northumberland's many attractions. The Chapel offers first class self catering accommodation, which sleeps six, in two en-suite bedrooms downstairs & a "kid's den" upstairs, & has an open plan kitchen/living/dining room, again downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped, with a built in electric fan oven/grill, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle & food processor, Ikea " kitchen in a cupboard" with 2 ring halogen hob, larder fridge with small freezer compartment, sink & drainer, together with a good selection of crockery, glasses, cutlery & cooking utensils. The sitting area has a comfy sofa & chairs, flat screen T.V / DVD player/ Ipod docking station, books, magazines & games, & a dining area which has a large table seating six. Downstairs the two master en-suite bedrooms are tastefully furnished with antiques, & have beautiful arched windows overlooking the river & woodland beyond. Both have full size en-suite bathrooms, sky television, hairdryers & clock radios, & offer a taste of luxury not always found in holiday let accommodation. Up the spiral staircase is the “Kids Den” – a great area for kids ( or adults!) to chill out & have their own space, with 2 full size single beds, a futon, c.d player/radio, football table, games, toilet & washbasin. (Please note the spiral staircase is not suitable for use by small children) Outside there is a secluded riverside deck, with barbeque, table & chairs & also the use of a summerhouse, with comfy sofas & a heater, from which you can enjoy the woodland wildlife & the sound of the trickling river.
