Palazzolo is a farmhouse in the countryside of Umbria, the green heart of Italy, surrounded by farm vineyards and olive groves. It has a private garden and a private swimming pool, with gazebos, sundeds, beach chair, etc, and a barbecue. The swimming pool is heated by solar panel that in late spring and early autumn, if there is sun, can make the water few °C higher than in normal pool. The house has a floor heating system, a living area of about 100 sm, a total area of about 300 sm. It has 10 bedplaces in five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a toilet (plus an outside bathroom and an outside solar shower). Prices include everything (bedlinen, towels, firewood, final cleaning, consumption) except the consumption for heating. The house is close to the E35 highway (15 km) and to the railstation of Chiusi (line from Milan to Rome) and quite close to the airports of Rome, Florence, etc. Nearby there are many places worthwhile a visit in Umbria (Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto), Tuscany (e.g. Florence, Siena, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Cortona) and Latium (eg. Rome) for their artistic, archeological and natural treasures.
