This self catering apartment is located in a quiet street in the city suburb of Bucksburn, Aberdeen, Scotland and is one of four flats in a traditional granite built building which consists of two ground and two upper flats.

The accommodation is a spacious upper flat with lots of light, and has its own private stone steps entrance, and private patio garden.

Normally let on a weekly basis it is ideal for self catering visits and we also try to accommodate business personell requiring only Monday - Friday accommodation in Aberdeen. Bucksburn is located at the north west side of the city close to Dyce, and within minutes from Bridge of Don, Aberdeen Airport and the main offices and estates of the offshore oil industry.

Sleeps up to 5. [4 beds] FAMILY BEDROOM - Large room with a double and single bed [ sleeps 3].

TWIN BEDROOM - West facing room with two single beds [ sleeps 2].

Spacious and comfortable livingroom /dining room.

Modern fully equiped kitchen.

Shower room/toilet.

Free and ample “anytime” street parking outside the apartment.

TARIFF 2009 is from £400 per week. Shorter 4 or 5 night breaks available most of the year. Sorry - no pets. Children must be over the age of 12yrs.

A Spacious and Comfortable Livingroom - The large livingroom is airy and lightsome with two southeast facing windows. The room is big enough to incorporate a dining area with a table which can extend to seat 6. TV, DVD and stereo along with comfortable furniture and room to move, makes this room an ideal place to relax.
At the Dining Area end of Livingroom - The dining room end of the living room has a stereo and bookcase full of interesting books to relax with in the evening. The table can extend to accommodate six people.
Big Family Bedroom - A spacious and airy room with a double and single bed. Orthopaedic mattresses. The G Plan bedside tables and units give plenty top and drawer space. A large integrated wardrobe gives plenty of added storage space.
Big Twin Bedroom [ 1st view of room] - The twin bedroom has two single beds and room to move! It has a large integrated wardrobe which has storage, clothes hanging and drawer system areas within it. The room is light and airy, facing west it enjoys the evening sunsets.
Big Twin bedroom [ 2nd view of room] - This shows the other end of the twin bedroom with the second single bed and it's bedside cabinet. The apartment is double glazed and gas centrally heated which makes it both comfortable and a home from home.
Modern and Fully Equipped Kitchen - Modern fully equipped kitchen. Gas hob & Electric oven. Microwave. Fridge/ freezer. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Food processor. Steam iron and ironing board. Quality cookware. Large pantry. Crockery and tableware for six.
The Bathroom - The bathroom is modern like the rest of the house, and it has a shower cabinet with an easy to use Mira shower. A generous amount of personal towels are supplied for your stay.
The Location of 1st-SelfCatering.com - Bucksburn is located at the edge of the city enroute to the north on tha A96. Easy access to the city centre via car or bus [ they run every 5 minutes] and only a mile and a half from the Dyce railhead. Good routes from Bucksburn take you into Aberdeenshire, Royal Deeside, the Whisky trail and the famous Castle trail. Located at this side of town it is close to Aberdeen airport and Dyce [ where most of the oil industry locates their offices].
