Nestling in the rural hamlet of Alverdiscott commanding spectacular country views, Alscott Barton is ideally situated an equal 5 mile distance from Bideford, Barnstaple and Great Torrington and a 10 minute drive from the coast.

Private fishing lake well stocked for trout fishing with rods and flies available for hire. Large landscaped gardens with swings and childrens pony. Recreation barn with badminton,table tennis and swingball. Ample off road parking.

Each cottage has a double room and a bunk bedded room is well equipped with fully fitted kitchen, lounge with digital T.V, DVD and bathroom.

Prices include full linen and electricity. Cots and highchairs can be provided free of charge.
