5 Grange Road has 3 bedrooms and offers ‘home-from-home’ self catering holiday accommodation. It is ideally situated within 5 minutes walking distance of Goodrington Sands beach and has private south facing rear gardens and a driveway for off road parking.
Sunways (6 Alta Vista Road) is a delightful 1 bedroom self-contained apartment adjacent to the owners large detached house situated in the popular Roundham area of Paignton. The apartment benefits from private off road parking and use of the owners furnished front garden.
Located just a short walk to Paignton harbour and Goodrington Beach.
Mount Royal (Clennon Heights) is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment and enjoys spectacular sea views.
