Relax beside the peaceful Montogomery Canal! Our sensitively restored Victorian lock keeper's cottage is situated 4 miles north of Welshpool on the Welsh Boarder. It has 3 bedrooms (one double, one twin convertible to kingsize and a single). Look at our website for full details. The area is great for easy walking, with some more difficults walks nearby. We have bicycles and canoes which can be hired and arrangements can be made for a narrowboat trip. Local attractions include Powis Castle, the Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway, Lake Vrnwy and the Llanymynech Heritage Area
