The ground floor/split level consists two bedrooms each with its own shower-room. The first floor consists one master bedroom with own bathroom and private terrace. Satellite TV, washing machine and dishwasher. Originally designed kidney shaped type pool is 10m x 5m, and surrounding sun terrace, outdoor shower and barbecue. This lovely new villa is well maintained, in a pleasant location and within short walking distance of Moraira´s village and beaches.
