Nutley Farm is ideal for holiday or business stays. It is a small organic farm of wildflower meadows grazed by sheep - a haven for wildlife and ideal for wildflower and butterfly enthusiasts as well as walkers, horse-riders and river fishing. There are numerous footpaths, cycle and bridleways, including the Clarendon Way and Monarchs Way which are national long-distance footpaths; and the local River Test is famous for trout fishing. It is about 20 minutes drive to the historic cities of Winchester and Salisbury, as well as to Stonehenge and the New Forest National Park. Nearby are Iron Age sites, Mottisfont Abbey, Romsey Abbey, Marwell Zoo, Wilton House and Beaulieu. London and Oxford are just over an hour away. The spacious Swallows' Nest consists of a centrally-heated open-plan sitting room with digital TV; king-size bed and wardrobe; dining table area; french doors leading to a private patio and garden. It can also be adapted as a family room. The separate kitchen has oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The pretty village of Broughton has a pub, which serves food, and a shop. Nearby Stockbridge has many pubs, restaurants, tea shop, gift and other shops and supermarket. Tea and coffee provided. Linen and towels included. Off-road parking. Secure shed for bikes.
