Halton House is a much-loved Edwardian "home from home" for up to 7 people. Within walking distance of Chester's historic centre along the picturesque Shropshire Union Canal. Ideally located for exploring beautiful Cheshire, The North Wales mountains and coastline and the diverse heritage of the North West region. 5 Minutes from the motorway network. The house has retained its traditional character with original period features like the antique cast-iron range, stained glass work and Minton tiling. The “yester-year” charm is complimented by gas central heating, instant hot water and a spacious well-equipped kitchen. • There are 2 spacious double bedrooms, another with full-sized bunk beds and a fourth smaller bedroom furnished as a single. A cot is also available. • There are 2 bathrooms: ground floor with shower, upstairs with bath. • Two spacious lounges offer plenty space for grown ups and younger visitors. • The large modern kitchen is fully-equipped with all that you will need if ‘dining in’. • Outside there is off-road parking for one vehicle with ample street parking freely available for additional vehicles. Halton House is available for weekly holiday lettings throughout the year. Shorter breaks may be arranged with the owner during outside of busy times.
