Gruissan is one of the liveliest and most attractive resorts on this part of the Mediterranean.
It has both the historic village and bustling yachting marina filled with restaurants, bars and cafés. There are fabulous walks in the adjoining natural park as well as long sandy beaches to enjoy. Local activities include watersports, horse riding, tennis, boat trips etc. There is also nightlife for all ages and tastes - from beachside nightclubs to live music including jazz.
The villa has a shared pool and is set in a beautifully leafy residence 5 minutes walk from the beach and 2 minutes to the supermarket.
The villa's summer kitchen opens out onto an ample and well furnished patio area which is ideal for BBQs and outdoor dining. A hedge surrounds the lawn on this corner plot offering privacy and shade. Inside the open plan kitchen/diner and living area are fully furnished with all mod cons including dishwasher, microwave, stereo etc. The bathroom has a shower. There is a double bedroom downstairs and a twin room upstairs.
