Central Location with Secure Car Parking
• Secure undercover parking comes with the apartment giving direct access to the elevator and making your stay stress free. Key code entry and audio/visual entry system gives you additional peace of mind.
• The seafront is 50 yards away, as are the Lanes, Brighton Centre and Churchill Shopping Centre/Mall. The Amusement Pier is a short walk along the seafront.
Contemporary and Stylish Interior
• The spacious living space has a large solid wood table that dines six guests. The luxury fitted kitchen contains a washer/dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and state of the art oven/hob/extractor hood with microwave.
• The living room has a large L shaped leather sofa that can seat six. There is also a large bean bag for additional seating. Double doors lead to a spacious west and south facing balcony with sea/church views and two deck chairs to sunbathe on.
• Hard wood oak floors line the halls and living space. Carpet makes the bedrooms comfortable and warm. There is electric central heating throughout the apartment.
• The master bedroom can have a king size and single Z bed. The second bedroom can be either super king size or twins. The living space has room for an additional king size twins (not fold down sofa - these can be permanently left during your stay).
• An ensuite bathroom contains hotel quality fitting with large double width shower enclosure. The main bathroom has a shower/bath.
Entertainment and Broadband
• A 37 inch LCD TV delivers Sky TV channels and there is a hifi/CD player and DVD player for your entertainment.
• An incoming phone line and wireless broadband (if requested) are there to keep you in touch with friends and family.
