Situated in a partly wooded 30 acre holiday park, our family owned chalet is in a prime position facing an extensive grassy area where children can play in safety. The chalet's position is also convenient for the heated indoor swimming pool and kiddies splash area. The Chalet's comfortable lounge is open plan to the galley kitchen and dining room. A steep staircase leads from the lounge to the floor above, for which a stair gate is provided at the top. The main double bedroom is self contained,with travel cot for baby. The second self contained bedroom contains two single beds. The downstairs bathroom has shower over the bath. Bed linen is included in the rental. Towels are not included. A few minutes walk takes you to the private beach and Kingsdown village iself is just a short walk away.There is allocated parking but no cars are allowed on site, making it very safe for children to play. Unfortunately pets are not allowed on site and the property is non smoking.
