This privately owned holiday caravan is a 2003 ABI Arizona - 36ft x 12ft. It comfortably sleeps 8 people with 1 double, 2 twin rooms and a pull out double bed. Heating is provided by way of gas fire in the lounge and electric heaters. All gas, electric and water is included in our holiday tariffs. The caravan has a colour TV/DVD with freeview, radio/CD player, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, all usual pots, pans, cutlery and vacuum. The lounge has plenty of seating and a separate dining area with table and 2 stools. The bathroom has a toilet, wash basin and shower. Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, towels and tea towels. (Don't forget pool and beach towels) Upon your arrival we shall meet with you to show you how everything works, issue keys and passes etc. We give you the personal attention at no extra cost. Should you have any problems during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our holiday caravan is situated on the premier Southview Leisure Park, on the quiet 'Springs' cul-de-sac, located just 5 minutes from Skegness and 10 minutes from Ingoldmells. Southview Leisure Park amenities include: Golf, bowling green, fishing lakes, snooker, swimming pool, solarium, gym, sauna, children's play areas, amusement arcade, hairdressing salon, restaurants, snack bar and take-away, shop, launderette and live entertainment throughout the summer. The Hotel's facilities can also be used by the caravan guests. Passes are arranged when booking at an additional cost. Due to site regulations groups of all male/female parties are not allowed and people under 21 are not allowed to hire a caravan. Parking is for one car next to the caravan. Additional parking is available in the car park.
