| Ard Na Mara self catering holiday home is a split level house situated off Strand Road Portstewart. A short walk approx. 5-10 mins takes you to all amenities, e.g. the blue flag beach, promenade,golf courses, shops, churches, children’s parks, restaurantsand pubs
Ard Na Mara self catering holiday home is an ideal base for visiting the Giants Causeway, Carrick-rede Rope Bridge, Beaches and local Golf courses.
The 4**** NITB approved 4 bedroom house is home from home and will sleep 10-12 persons. The large lounge upstairs has views of the beach, Mussenden Temple and Donegal headlands. The lounge is comfortably furnished to include a leather suite, TV, video recorder and DVD player. The house has a well equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences e.g. microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric cooker and hob.
The four Bedrooms will comfortably sleep 10 persons. 2 bedrooms are en- suites the other 2 have their own bathrooms. A family bedroom is on the upper ground floor and has its own separate shower room with w.c & w.h.b. 3 Bedrooms are down stairs, a large family en-suite room and a double en suite room a twin room with its own seperate shower room with toilet and hand basin.
A second smaller lounge is down stairs, the sofa bed could sleep 1-2 other persons.There is a second table which will accommodate a further 5 persons. From this lounge the patio doors leads to the enclosed large garden with patio and garden furniture.
The garage has a washing machine and tumbler dryer and a games table for children.
