8 Clifton Place is situated on a central position by the Salcombe waterfront. Clifton Place is a listed building (c.1401) within a conservation area, renovated to present day standards. Entrance to private courtyard from top of slipway as shown. The property is adjacent to the waterfront, on the level off the main Fore Street, near to all facilities in this popular boating resort. The use of a small boat with outboard motor is included in the price. Insurance limitations will be explained when booking.
