Situated within a conservation area and one of the oldest parts of Swanage, Plum Tree Cottage is ideally situated to explore the area, being close to the SW Coastal Path and within 15 minutes walk of Swanage's award winning beaches. This Grade II listed Purbeck stone cottage comfortably accommodates 8 people, and is comfortably furnished and equipped throughout to ensure you have as relaxing a holiday as possible. The accommodation comprises separate lounge and dining room, conservatory, kitchen, laundry room, 3 bath/shower rooms, downstairs cloakroom, 4 bedrooms (two double and two twins). There is a beautiful large enclosed garden, and off street parking is available for up to 3 cars. Bed linen, towels and utilities are all included in the price.

The Bedrooms & Bathrooms - The bedrooms are arranged over two floors with one kingsize double and one twin room on the first floor, and one double and one twin in the attic. The beds are made up ready for your arrival with fresh, pure cotton bed linen. There is one shower room with WC and washand basin, and one bathroom with shower over the bath with WC and washand basin on the first floor, and a shower room with WC and washand basin on the attic floor. The twin bedroom on this floor is accessed via the shower room. There are child gates on both floors.
The Garden - Plum Tree Cottage has a beautiful garden enclosed by Purbeck stone walls. The garden includes a variety of mature fruit trees, and year round colour. Garden furniture is provided for our guests, including a large outside table for al fresco dining. Please note that there is a small uncovered pond in the garden.
The Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, gas oven/hob and all utensils and crockery necessary to make you feel at home. Fresh milk, tea and coffee are provided for when you arrive, so you can have a welcome cuppa when you arrive. Dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and other cleaning products are also included. The washing machine is situated in the outside laundry room, and washing powder is provided.
