Situated in arguably the best position in Newquay being directly opposite the steps leading to the South side of Fistral beach, with spectacular views from the apartment across Fistral and out to sea, with over a mile of golden sands practically on your doorstep. The property is situated in the smart Pentire part of Newquay which is quiet yet only 10 minutes walk to the Town Centre. This luxury 2 bedroom apartment sleeps up to 6 and boasts the following amenities: garage, all bed linen and basic towels provided; telephone (incoming calls only), communal gardens, child-safety gate (if required). On the first floor there is a wonderful ocean view that can also be enjoyed, especially at sunrise and sunset. The kitchen area is fully fitted with hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and separate storeroom for wet suits.
