A spacious one-bedroom apartment with large living room and a separate kitchen/diner situated in the beautiful village of Kandersteg. Private garaged parking. The apartment is on the first floor of a newly-built chalet and is equipped as follows: - a spacious kitchen with dining area equipped with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave oven a large lounge with satellite television, DVD player, music centre, and a comfortable double pull-out sofa bed a good-sized double bedroom with king-size bed a shower room with toilet and wash hand basin bedlinen and towels provided underfloor central heating secure underground parking for one car and ski storage elevator to all floors non-smoking and pet-free apartment The apartment is furnished tastefully and the furniture and fittings are all new. There are mountain views from every window. You can watch the sun set over the mountains from the balcony, which faces both South and West, or use the communal garden below. The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area of the village. For transport, the main railway station is a 10 minute walk and the bus stop is one minute round the corner. There are lots of things to do in any season. In winter, downhill and crosscountry skiing, walks on cleared trails, ice-climbing and tobogganing In summer, walking in the hills and the valley. All year round,enjoy the views using cablecars, ice-skating and curling, good food and all in outstanding scenery. Kandersteg is a quiet village with very friendly people.
